Personal Training

My most important task as an PT is to guide, inspire, motivate and clear away any obstacles that exist for you to achieve your goals. I can uniquely take into account all your personal factors, such as age, sex, fitness level, training background, eating habits, life situation, body composition and any damage when your training is to be put up.

Personal training is aimed at all people, whether you just want to get started with the training, have a specific performance goal, want to lose weight, gain weight, run a race, become stronger and more energetic or just stay active to maintain a healthy life!

I do not believe in “quick fix”. For me it is important to create something sustainable and to find a training form and lifestyle that suits you and that you like! Since we are all different and have different conditions and different lives, I have no ready-made programs, but believe that the arrangements have to be individually adapted and varied in order to get a strong, healthy and functioning body.

PT for Runners

Do you need help develop as a runner? Do you need help getting started, finding the motivation, or maximize performance as a runner? Do you want help building a program for a special competition? I can help you with running technique, running strength, training programs, motivation, diet and choice of materials.

PT @ Home

If you can’t or want to go to the gym but still want to get fit and feel better. Or maybe you want to get into the training on the lunch break. I offer personal training in the home, workplace, outdoors or where it suits you. I come to visit and have with me all the necessary equipment to carry out a training session tailored to your specific goals. The only thing you need is a small free area where we can carry out the training.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching is perfect for those who want help with training and diet and for various reasons do not have the opportunity to regularly meet a personal trainer. You train yourself the time of day that suits you best and you choose whether you want to work out at home, at the gym or both. I tailor a layout according to YOUR unique and individual goals, which can be anything from weight loss to participating in a running race. For much more information on Online Coaching, click HERE.
