Hey, I’m Peter and I love running and to help other runners become better, stronger and injury-free runners. 
If you're new to running and want to learn to love running or an experienced runner and want to take your running to the next level and become a better, stronger and unbreakable runner, then this coaching is for you. 

Whether you need a program to reach a running goal, a strength & mobility program to complement your running to stay injury free or Personal Training to work on running technique and more, I'm here for YOU. This coaching will benefit you no matter what your starting point is and what your goal is. Even if you're a total beginner.

RUNNING 1-ON-1 COACHING

With 1-on-1 coaching, we always start with a coaching call where we'll find out exactly where you're at, what goals you want to achieve so that I can create a perfect plan that aligns with your goals, life situation and preferences. It's my mission as your coach to put a plan together specifically for you that is motivating, sustainable, challenging, but yet simple to follow. 

We will make adjustments to the program whenever needed to ensure that you keep making progress. You will get support, motivation, and regular check-ins. 

I'll help you with everything from training to nutrition, motivation and race preparations and you'll be able to follow and track everything in our great app.

RUNNING PROGRAM

I have created different programs for different levels and goals. 

âšĄïž Beginner to 5K - This program is for you who are new to running and want to learn to love running and want to be able to run 5K, while getting stronger and staying injury-free.

âšĄïž Your first 10KThis program is for you who can run 5K and want to build up the distance to be able to run 10K. 

âšĄïž Half Marathon - I have created a 10-week running program specifically for you who want to finish your first and perform well at Half Marathon.

YOGA FOR RUNNERS

I have created a Power Yoga concept specifically for runners to build strength, fix imbalances, improve flexibility and mobility and simply make you a better runner.
