I have always loved to run, but, like most other runners, I’ve been struggling with injuries. Since I started practicing yoga, I've been able to train more and without being forced to take breaks due to injuries and it has helped me become a better, stronger and happier runner.


I started Run Strong Yoga to help you enjoy your yoga workouts as much as I do and to get all the benefits that yoga gives. Run Strong Yoga is a fitness-centric power yoga which is for all levels and can be a very effective complement to your current workout program.

"I enjoy doing Peter's yoga workouts because he explains clearly, step by step, what one needs to do to get into a specific pose, which part of the body should be working and importantly, what one needs to do to avoid hurting themself.
